Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return Window
    Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return/Exchange Request Process
    To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your:
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos of the product (compulsory for verification)
    Once verified, return instructions will be shared.
  1. Return/Exchange Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags, stickers, and accessories must be intact
  • The reason must be genuine and verified
    We do not accept returns for correct-size items if the correct size was delivered.
  1. Exchange Only No Refunds
    We do not offer refunds. You may exchange the item for another of equal or higher value (price difference to
    be paid by the customer). Exchanges are approved only after a quality inspection. If the product is damaged
    due to misuse or improper handling, exchange will not be accepted.
  2. Refunds for Free Product Deals
    Orders placed during promotional offers like Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar deals that include free products are
    not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Self-Shipping for Returns
    If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you must ship the product(s) to:

    Shipping Instructions:
  • Pack the items securely to avoid damage
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number
  • Items must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
    Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to Rs. 100 per item may be deducted under our Fair Usage Policy.
    Service Availability: Reverse pickup depends on availability in your area.
  1. Hygiene Standards & Reporting Damages
    To maintain hygiene, returns are not accepted for our product. However, exchanges are available if you
    received a damaged or incorrect item.

    Once received, our team will inspect the product and notify you. Exchanges will be processed within 30
    working days.
